Every lot carries a code that traces back to the originating farm cluster and harvest week — not a vague "Product of India" label.
We support pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas — arranged at your request, before the container is sealed. Your inspector, your rules.
We send dated photos and video of the actual loading — your batch, your bags, your seal number — before the vessel sails. No stock photos.
Moisture, microbial load, heavy metals — a Certificate of Analysis from an accredited lab ships with every batch by default.
Trial orders, partial LC, or advance-against-inspection — structured so you're not the only one exposed. If a batch misses spec, we replace it, in writing.
No vague "Product of India" label standing in for an answer. Ask which farm cluster and harvest week your batch is from, and we'll tell you — because we can.
Every claim on this site is backed by a lab report we can show you, not marketing language dressed up as a fact.
We source directly from farm clusters wherever we can, and we don't build our margin by squeezing the person who grew the crop.
A batch that misses the spec you approved gets replaced or refunded — in writing, not as a favour we decide to grant.
